SPA CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the demand of the SPA, we kindly ask our valued guests to please respect our cancellation policies.
- Individually booked services require 24 hours notice or a 100% charge will be applied.
- Three or more services, including all Spa Packages require 48 hours notice in order to enable us to refill the appointment time or a full charge will be applied.
- Group bookings of 5 or more guests must be paid in full 7 days prior to the appointment date. Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
SPA RESERVATIONS
- *In order to accommodate all your service choices, may we please suggest making your appointment as far in advance as possible.
- All appointments must be booked either by telephone or in person. We do not accept appointments or cancellations via the internet.
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
- We may require a valid Credit Card or Gift Certificate number to reserve your appointment at the time of booking.
SPA PROMPTNESS
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we please ask that you arrive at least 10-15 mins. before the appointed time in order not to be rushed. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Unfortunately your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not kept waiting. Full value of your treatment will be charged.
SPA AGE REQUIREMENT
In order to maintain a calm, relaxed spa and also in consideration of other guests spa-ing, please note that children under the age of 8 are welcome only if they are receiving services themselves.
SPA ATMOSPHERE
In our continuing effort to maintain a pleasant and relaxed environment, we ask that you please be considerate of other guests by turning off cell phones and pagers and refrain from loud conversation while having services in our SPA. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.
SPA ATTIRE
When booking any of our SPA Packages, we will provide you with a gown, robe and slippers for your comfort. A secured private locker will be available for your personal belongings. The SPA is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
SPA PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE
For safety and sanitary reasons, we can only refund or exchange unopened products within 7 days of purchase and presenting the original receipt.
SPA GRATUITIES
Gratuities (tips) are graciously accepted. Gratuities are not included in our services, gift certificates or Spa Packages.
SPA COMMUNICATION
Square or rounded? Oily or normal? First time Spa-ing or not? Please let us know. Our Spa Therapists are trained to deliver the personalized attention and experience you desire. To help you get the most out of your time with us, we simply ask that you communicate with your Therapist, letting her know exactly what you want so that she can make you happy. Should you have any concerns, medical issues or allergies that you feel she may need to know, please tell her upon arrival. Depending on your treatment, you may be required to fill out a Health History Form.
SPA GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are available for any of our services or Spa Packages and any dollar amount you may wish to purchase for that special someone and can be redeemed at anytime as long as we have availability. Our Gift Certificates for services have a 1 year expiration date from date of purchase. Our dollar amounts Gift Certificates have no expiration date.
SPA 'WISH LIST' REGISTRATION
As requested by 'you' a Wish List Registration program is now in effect ar our SPA. Please let us know what services or products you would like us to add to your wish list for gift purchasing by your family and friends.
